No. This is the public entry page for the patient portal. Once you log in, you will be directed to your patient dashboard.
What can I see after logging in?
Your dashboard can show appointments, doctor recommendations, treatment history, assigned aftercare guides, medical notes, and account details when they are available.
Why is something missing from my dashboard?
Some information appears only after it has been added, assigned, or connected to your visit. Contact the clinic if you expected to see something and cannot find it.
Are recommendations automatic?
Recommendations can appear when your doctor or clinic team adds them to your account. The account stores the plan; it does not replace consultation.
Where do I find aftercare?
Assigned aftercare can appear inside your dashboard after a completed visit when it has been connected to your treatment.
What if I cannot log in?
Use the password reset page first. If you still cannot access your account, contact the clinic for help.
